【myherbstudio】Dried Red Dates from Taiwan is a locally grown product by the “Red Date King - Hsieh Fu Yu”,

winner for two consecutive years. He is one of the top 100 Taiwan young farmer,

and has been working in agriculture for more than 10 years.

He cultivates premium quality crops, such as red date, strawberry and tomato.

Hsieh Fu Yu’s Red Date is grown with weed cultivation and artificial weeding.

The co-existence of Red Date trees and weeds help increase the organic matter within the soil, and enhance fruit flavor.

The fruit was harvested by hand-picking. It is not treated with sulfur fumigation and contains no preservatives.

The air-lay dried Red Dates is in burgundy red. It’s enriched with aroma, high in saccharinity, and low in moisture.

It is also plentiful of vitamin C, carotene, and dietary fiber, which is a healthy and nutritious food.
